Gurgaon: The Master Plan of Gurgaon envisages expansin as follows:
 
(a) Sectors 58 to 75 coming up in the South West region including along the Sohna road.
 
(b) Sectors 76 to 98 on both sides of the Delhi Jaipur road East of Manesar.
 
(c) Sectors 99 to 115, west of the Delhi - Rewari and Najafgarh road, hugging the two roads. Land is available in all the new Sectors adjoining the Sohna Road. Based on the demand and response the area will be finalized.
 
Mohali
 
As a town Mohali is expanding along the Kharar - Banur road with colonies coming up on both sides of the road
 
The land between Sohana and the existing airport is likley to pick up fast in view of the government decision to expand the existing airport and convert the same into an international one.
 
Panchkula
 
The area north of the Ghaggar river has been saturated and expansion of Panchkula is progressing along the Nada Sahib - Barwala road and along the Kalka highway
 
Amritsar
 
The city is expanding on the GT Road in the area where the bypass for Wagah takes off. Here land has been indentified and negotiations are in the final stages.
 
Ambala
 
Being a large military cantt the demand for this station is on the rise. Also its proximity to Chandigarh is making it a preferred destination. The demand is more on the Ambala - Chandigarh road as it is ultimately being seen as one continous link especially after the double laning of this road.
 
Patiala
 
Here again the demand is because of the nearness of the GT road. Hence the growth is mostly on the Patiala - Rajpura road and on the Patiala Sirhend road as both lead on the GT Road.
 
Bhopal
 
The city has been saturated to the North and North West. It is growing to the South and South East i.e, along the Risiana Road and the Hoshangabad road, where big colonisers have taken over the mantle. It is fast becoming a popular destination because of the measured climate throughout the year.
 
Indore
 
Indore is again expanding fast for the same reasons of climate and weather. Colonies are coming up along the Khandwa bypass, i.e. the road from Bhopal which bypass Indore road, 18 kms. short of Mhow. Many big players like Silver Springs, Omaxe and Sahara have entered the fray. Here again land been identified and is in the final stages of negotiation.
